This room in a late Victorian house was in need of updating. The plaster was very damaged, the floor was rotten and sagging in one corner, the electrics needed replacing and the room needed plumbing and a gas supply fitted.
We saved the central plaster rose and much of the cornicing (although we had to have two new lengths fabricated and fitted to match the existing cornice) We renewed the electrics and plumbing before plastering, decorating and tiling the floor. The kitchen was then fitted.
